Narrative
Since the narrative style aligns with a Choose-Your-Adventure story, we are employing a Branching Narrative Structure. To manage this effectively, we utilize and regularly update flowcharts as we outline and develop the story.
Below is an example of one of our earlier flowcharts:
Unrest brews in the Land of Marwick under the rule of a tyrannical King, whose increasing dissatisfaction has plunged the kingdom into turmoil. Harold, the now-blind former Head of the Guard, discovers a riot erupting in the town square after learning from his friend and caretaker, Marius, that the King has ceased paying him for his services. In an attempt to calm the crowd, Harold delivers a stirring tale. This moment marks the beginning of Harold's rise as a political figure in Marwick, where every choice he makes, no matter how minor, steers the kingdom toward vastly different fates—ranging from revolution to Harold’s ascension as the Court Orator.
